The hot air plastic welding torch can melt and combine the plastic electrode and the film surface by heating. It is small in size and high in power. Equipped with thermal protection tube and electronic heating protection system, more sturdy and reliable. Integrated design, easy to operate. Hot air plastic welding tools are widely used in repair welding of chemical storage tanks, heat exchangers, plumbing accessories, waterproof membranes and some impermeable lining construction sites.

• 3.Be careful not to use it near flammable gas, paper or other flammable materials during high temperature operation. The welding torch nozzle and hot gas are very hot and can burn the human body. Do not touch or spray hot air directly on the skin.
• 4.When the plastic sheet is heated to 130-150 degrees, it becomes a soft state, and it can be formed with a little pressure. The welding temperature is generally about 240 degrees. When welding, you should pay attention to the distance between the edge and the welding point to obtain the ideal welding position.
• 5.After the heating wire is broken, you can unscrew the connecting screw of the gun, take out the heating core, and replace it with the heating core of the same specification.
• 6.Pay attention to adjusting the operating temperature when soldering electronic components. The temperature of the air gun is as high as 600-650°C. For tin removal, different nozzles can be selected according to requirements. The nozzle and heating element are common with international brands, and are suitable for desoldering of most surface-mounted parts).
